OOTD - Florals and Lace

OOTD - Florals and Lace

donnamarietorres Today's OOTD, floral and lace, my two favorite prints!
I wore this when I went on a date with my love. We went to
Trinoma, watched a movie then ate dinner.

corset This lace corset is from my online shop, La Ultima Moda. It
has a zipper and a smocked back. It's body-fitting. It is actually a
cropped corset that's why I wore a high waisted skirt so as to hide my
big tummy. Haha! The heart-shaped design in the front emphasizes the
bust part, and makes it look bigger.

skirt This high waisted black skirt is from Landmark, Makati. I really
love checking that place out. It is bazaar-like, but still in a mall. So
          comfy to shop in there!

bellyring Look at my belly ring in the second picture. It is a crystal
studded cross. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it in People are
          People, Glorietta.

accessories My necklace looks quite formal but can still be used
for casual outfits. I got it also from my online shop. Not only that we
provide corsets and others, but we also provide accessories.

blazer Last but not the least, my blazer. Many people are asking
where the hell I got this pretty coat. Well, I got this one as a gift from
my mom. So girly and formal at the same time.

OOTD - Lace and Studs

donnamarietorres Today me and my dad head off to Land Transportation
Office to get a new license because I lost mine. This is what I wore.

dress This black lace dress is from Spain. I do not know the brand
of this because the shop where I bought it doesn't have a name.
It is just a small stall outside the mall, bazaar type. The lower part of
the dress has a black cloth as its first layer so as to give it a full
look and so as to cover the holes of the lace. There are also stud
details along the waistline and the neckline.

necklace my necklace is a gift from one of my bestfriends,
Jyll. She gave it to me as a birthday gift last year, I guess? It is
a gold heart with some crystal outline.

shoes I bought my heels from the flea market in Spain. It has tassle
and studs, too! To partner up with all the studs, I am wearing my
spiked bracelet right there in my right hand.

sunglasses I talked about my sunnies in my past blog,
          "OOTD - Girly girly <3".

donnamarietorres This is my outfit when I went to Tides, Tomas Morato
with my boyfriend and friends. We just want to get away from all
stress. We just wanna have fun!

corset This red floral corset is from my online shop, La Ultima Moda. It
has a zipper and a smocked back. It's body-fitting, showing your
body curves. The heart-shaped design in the front emphasizes the
bust part, and makes it look bigger.

skirt I got my skirt from Landmark, Makati. Inside this mall are like
bazaars. Not all items have brands and not all are expensive.
Luckily I got mine at a cheap price.

shoes I bought my snakeskin shoes at a store in the old Glorietta 1.
I bought this three years ago. Too bad I did not remember the
          store name.

accessories My pretty necklace is from Divisoria! It is priced less than
a hundred. Two thumbs up!! My ring too is also from Divi, very good
prices! But you have to choose the good ones to get the best quality.
We all know that a lot of items there get broken easily.

OOTD - Girly Girly

donnamarietorres So here is my outfit of the day (OOTD) when we went to
Clark, Pampanga to visit the Dinosaur Land. 'Twas so fun especially
because I went there with my family. Aaaah pure love!

corset I bought this skin-tone colored corset in a bazaar in World
Trade Center. Too bad I did not get the name of the exact shop
where I bought it. I'm sorry.. But anyway, it has a zipper on the side and a
smocked back. It is a bit loose for me though.

skirt I got my skirt from Zara, Spain. And yes, I went to Spain to attend
the World Youth Day last August 2011. It was one of my achievements
and unforgettable moments. I saw the Pope in person! Shocking, right?

shoes My lovely shoes are also from Zara, Spain. The prices of the
items are jaw-dropping! They are unbelievably cheap unlike the ones
here in the Philippines. Zara is a brand imported from Spain, that's why.

sunglasses Awesome sunnies I got here! So far, I have not seen anyone
here in the Philippines who has the same pair of glasses. I got
mine from the American Eagle Outfitters website. It took me like a
week to receive it but it sure is worth the wait!

DIY - Studded Shorts

Do-It-Yourself Studded Shorts

donnamarietorres This is my first DIY post. Do-It-Yourself stuff are really fun
to do since you get the chance to design something you will wear. For
my first DIY, I have this studded shorts. It was a men pants at first,
actually it was my brother's. Men's pants really make a good pair of high
waisted shorts. Haha! So, I wore it, then used my pen to write on the
pants my length guide. It guides me where to cut the pants. After
cutting it, I got my broken brush and used it to rip the cut part of the
          shorts.

studs I bought these pretty gold (actually it is bronze) studs in VC
Trading in Araneta Center, Cubao. You can buy 'em in all textile stores.
these are the easy-to-put studs, you just have to push it against the
cloth, then fold their stem-ish inside. There are also studs that can
be sewed. To add an effect, I ripped one side of the pocket and
filled it with studs, as you can see in this picture.

corset My corset partnered with my DIY shorts is a cropped corset
top from Forever 21. Cropped corset tops look best with high
          waisted bottoms.
